Charity Project ‘Bakery Pleiku’
We are planning to build a bakery in Pleiku.
We are looking for a sponsor or a supplier of second hand electric ovens as well as mixers for the dough or pastry. The capacity we are looking for is between 500 and 1000 small breads (Banh Mi) per day.
The company Interflour, the biggest flour company in Vietnam, will be a partner in the project and will supply monthly at least 500 kg of flour for free. They will also train the bakers. The foundation Live and Give from Belgium will finance the construction of the bakery (+/- 5000 USD).
The kids of both Thien An and Thien Phuc, more than 160 in total as well as the poor people in the neighborhood will be able to enjoy daily fresh bread from our bakery. The bakery will be built at the plantation of the nuns of Saint Paul de Chartres in Pleiku in the vicinity of both Thien An and Thien Phuc.
