Improvement of health and hygiene at Thien An.
This program is meant for the improvement of the health of the kids and hygiene in general at our boarding school/orphanage Thien An. At Thien An, are about 15 babies, most of them foundlings, 5 handicapped kids and some 70 young kids of which a few orphans. Most of these kids however still have parents and visit their parents in the poor villages around Pleiku regularly. When they come back they often bring unwanted guest with them, like lice and mites. Many kids suffer from scabies and tapeworm.
The program involves:
education to bring ewareness
procurement of medicines, soap etc.
setting up procedures
procurement of additional matrasses, blankets etc
collecting of additional cloths
procurement of industrial washing machine
enhancement of capacity of electricity
