School yard for school in South Vietnam
Live and Give has donated 6250 USD for the construction of a school yard. The school is called 'Truong Tieu Hoc Cam Phuc Bac 1'and is a public Vietnamese school in the city of Cam Ranh in the province of Khan Hoa.It is located on lower grounds and as a result the sand-based schoolyard gets flood druring the rainy season.
The schoolyard will be raised with 50 cm of sand and on top of that an area of 520 m2 will be paved with concrete blocks. The project will be finished well before the start of the rainy season, which starts in May and ends around November.
